Cancellations must be requested in writing (WhatsApp or email). Charges below apply on the total package cost.
Cancellation charges
- 30 or more days before departure: advance amount is non-refundable; balance refunded.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of package cost.
Flight, train and bus tickets, as well as non-refundable hotel bookings, are subject to the respective provider's cancellation rules.
Refund timeline
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
